Massage Therapy
Massage therapy degree program students will learn different types of massage technique in the course of training at Mildred Elley. Some of the techniques focused on include sports, reflexology, medical, Oriental, polarity therapy, Thai, and myofascial release therapy to name a few.
Employment of massage therapists is projected to grow 18 percent from 2022 to 2032 according to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics †, much faster than the average for all occupations. With a healthier lifestyle many are taking advantage of the physical and mental benefits of massage therapy.
This degree program builds on the Massage Therapy Certificate program and also includes a core of general studies electives.
